Navigating Our Site
We offer several tools to navigate our site from every page. Each page displays our main menu across the top. There is a search box on the upper right of every page, which is a great tool for finding a particular product. To get back to our home page you can always click our Leader's logo in the upper left corner.
Once you find the product you would like, click the "add to Cart" button. The website will present you with a screen asking what you would like to do next. Here are the options presented:
- Proceed to Checkout. This option takes you directly to the checkout process which is the quickest way to get what you want and move on!
- Continue Shopping Selecting this option closes the window and returns you to the last page you were viewing.
- View or Edit Your Cart This option allows you to view all of the items you have added to your cart. Once in the shopping cart, you are able to change quantities, delete products, and even change options. Your cart will also provide you the same options, Proceed to Checkout, Buy with Google, or Continue Shopping.
You may access your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the view cart icon located in the very top right corner of the website. Please review your order carefully before beginning the checkout process. This is the perfect time to double check that the quantities and options listed are accurate! Items placed in your cart will remain for two months if you do not remove or complete the order process.
Please be aware that product pricing and availability may change and that having items in the cart does not reserve inventory or pricing. This applies to all products including special sale items, free shipping offers or coupon codes that may have an expiration date. If you would like to place an order but are not ready to receive it, or you would like to reserve products and offers, please contact us. We are happy to help and may be able to provide some great options!
Once you begin the checkout process, you have the option of checking out as a guest or to register with the our site. We recommend that you take an extra minute to register with the site simply because it it offers you more information about your purchase. Once registered, you can log into the site to check the status of your orders, process returns, send and receive messages with us, review shipment tracking information and manage your wish lists.
Complete the next three steps carefully, they include your contact information, billing address, and shipping address. Please review these carefully to insure that we ship your items to the correct place!
Step 4 of the checkout process is Order Confimation. Please review the items in your cart and ensure that everything is correct. If you have a coupon code, it will prompt you to enter it below the Grand Total. There is also a field available for order Instructions and Comments. Let us know if there are special considerations regarding the order if you would like us to contact you for any reason.
Finally, complete the checkout process using our secure payment portal.
We will on occassion issue coupon codes as part of special promotions. If you have a coupon code you will be prompted to enter it on the last page of the order checkout process. Only one coupon code may be used per order.
If you prefer to fax or email your order to us, you are certainly welcome to do so. Offline orders should be faxed to (727) 524-8161. or emailed to email@example.com. Please address your faxes and emails to "Leader's Casual Furniture Orders". Faxed and emailed orders should include the following information:
- Your Full Name
- Your Phone Number
- Your Billing Address
- Your Shipping Address
- List of Products and Options
Once your order is received we will contact you to confirm your order and collect the necessary payment information.
When ordering online, your credit card is charged when your order is submitted. We expect your stock product will ship within 4-7 days of your order. If your item is on backorder, or we anticipate it taking longer to ship than expected, we will notify you and review a variety of options. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover Card.
If you would prefer to send a check or money order you may do so. Checks and money orders can be mailed to us at:

Orders paid for by check or money order will not ship until money orders are deposited and checks clear.
Order Updates and Shipping
Once your order is placed, you should receive a confirmation email of your order. In addition you will receive emails once your order has been shipped and again when it is complete. If you register with our site, you can view all of your order status updates along with shipping and tracking information as soon as it is available. If you decide to cancel your order, you may do so for a full refund at any point before your order ships unless the item to be ordered is a custom or special order. Special Order products can only be cancelled if the order is not in production. Once in production these orders cannot be cancelled. If you decide to cancel an order contact us right away to see whether or not your items have been shipped or have already entered production.
Leader's Casual Furniture is based in Florida and as a result we are required to collect sales tax for all orders shipped within Florida. If your order is shipped outside of Florida, we are not obligated to collect sales tax at this time. You are responsible for remitting the proper sales or use tax required of your state or jurisdiction for online purchases. If you would like us to ship to Canada, please be aware that we are obligated to collect the appropriate taxes (HST, GST, PST) for your province along with customs fees.
Errors, Omissions and Mistakes
We are human and we make mistakes from time to time. We do everything we can to ensure that the information, offers and prices on our site are accurate. Please understand that prices, product availability, conditions and offers are subject to change without notice. Leader's Casual Furniture reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time. This policy can apply to orders that have already been submitted and confirmed. If an order is cancelled as a result of this policy we will immediately refund your credit card and contact you to explain the circumstance.
