This base is designed for use with Cantilever style umbrellas, and includes the steel base frame, resin lid, foot pedal, 4 wheels, and 4 add-on weights to be filled with 230lbs. of sand and water (not included). It is stocked in Anthracite and is available in Bronze and Black by special order. These bases are too heavy to ship economically but are available in the Leaders local markets.
