Leader’s Commercial Program is designed to Save you Money!
Please understand that since we are selling a high volume of contract and commercial sales at extremely aggressive prices the following requirements must be met:
Payment can only be made by check, cash, money order or wire transfer
Special Order Merchandise must have half of the total down before the order can be placed with the manufacturer and the lead-time to produce the product begins. Most manufactures will take 4-6 weeks to produce custom products, however this lead time may fluctuate depending on the manufacturer. The balance will be due upon delivery.
Stock merchandise must be paid in full at the time of delivery. Stock merchandise sales do not require money down as long as they are being delivered within a two week period from the date of purchase. Otherwise, if we have to store the goods for more than two weeks, Leader's Casual Furniture requires half down upon purchase and the balance upon delivery.
Any sale that is being directly shipped from the manufacturer to the end consumer would require half of the total down before the order could be placed with the manufacturer and the balance before the merchandise is shipped to the customer. Dependent upon lead time from the manufacturer being purchased, we may request payment in full upon placing the order.
If the merchandise were being shipped to a port in Florida to go out of the country the stock or special order merchandise would need to be paid in full before the order can be placed with the manufacturer. Tax would be charged until Leader's Casual Furniture receives verification documents that the merchandise was then transported out the country. The documents may be faxed directly to the corporate office at 727-524-8161. Once the documents are reviewed by our controller, tax will be refunded by company check. If the merchandise is being shipped to a different state within the US, it will be required to be paid in full before being shipped by common carrier.
